Walt was personable and explained every step of the process. I received the report while we were still on property, which provided a perfect opportunity to review any issues. My favorite part of the inspection is the "Repair Pricer Report." This report provides estimates and recommendations for any work that may be needed. No need for head scratching. Everybody at the company conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times. Walt breaks down the inpsections in terms that everybody understands. The report is neatly put together and very thorough. After you speak with Walt and review your report you walk away feeling very informed about the condition of the property. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the house, including potential costs and options on needed fixes or improvements. He was a pleasure to work with, he explained everything so we could understand it, and he listened to and responded to all out questions. He provided a thorough report with pictures. We also followed up wit him on a couple questions and he responded quickly, pleasantly, with the same thoroughness and knowledge as when we were going through the inspection. We would definitely use Walter again without hesitation.
